
BOISE GOATHED FEST
The Boise Goathead Fest is an annual, wonderfully weird event that celebrates Boise's bicycle culture and tackles the pesky problem of goatheads, a thorny invasive plant that plagues the city's bike paths. It's a vibrant mix of costume parade, community service, and pedal-powered revelry. During BGF 2021 I put together a crew of photographers and videographers to capture the event. Using the materials from that leg work I put together the 2022 Launch Video that was used to announce the festival and get people excited about the event.

The logo design of 2022 BGF was changed to fit the theme of "SEND IT." Redesigned from previous years of a grungy look to something fun, bright, and exiting.

Design
The BGF website needed to be redesigned from the
ground up. It needed a full rebrand and the information
needed to be completely updated. The site was used for information on the festival, info for the goat head pullers, and a place for volunteers to sign up all while being straightforward and exciting. Some of these design choices can still be seen on the current site of Boisegoatheadfest.com but has been altered since I have worked on it.





Stage
